I’m Brooke Stephens, an acrylic artist, who currently lives in Abilene, Texas. I was raised in Abilene and after my husband and I married, we moved all over the U.S. for his job. In 2019 we moved back to Abilene and I’m so happy to be back in my hometown raising my daughters close to family and friends.

I graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2009 with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. I worked in the graphic design industry for over a decade before deciding to take a break and pursue my love of painting.

I’ve always loved creating art. As a child, I was always crafting or re-purposing old junk into new things. When I was in elementary school, my parents signed me up for a summer art camp and from that moment on I knew art was going to always play a role in my life.

When I’m not painting, you can find me chasing my three daughters around. I’ve been married to my best friend and biggest cheerleader for 13 years. My family and I are involved in our local church and the community there has been such a blessing to us.

I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to pursue art as a career. I know that it is a privilege and I don’t take it lightly. So thank you for taking the time to visit my site and taking a moment to view my artwork. It means so much to me that you are here!
